• All products are perishable items made by hand.

• The published images are representative. Due to the seasonal nature of the flowers, there may be variations in colors, sizes and floral composition.

• Soleia Flowers reserves the right to modify prices, descriptions and availability without prior notice.

3. Orders and Confirmation

• The order confirmation by email constitutes acceptance of it.

• Soleia Flowers reserves the right to reject or cancel any order for legitimate reasons.

4. Deliveries and Shipments

• Deliveries are made exclusively within the coverage areas indicated in the Shipments section.

• Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. (local time) can be qualified for same-day delivery, subject to availability.

• The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring availability to receive the order.

5. Payments

• All transactions are processed securely through authorized platforms.

• Payment must be completed in full before order processing.

6. Refunds and Returns Policy

• Due to the perishable nature of the products, refunds or returns are not accepted once delivered, except in cases of error by Soleia Flowers.

• Any claim must be notified within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Soleia Flowers is not responsible for the deterioration of the products caused by improper handling, environmental conditions or negligence after delivery.

• We do not assume responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, force majeure, etc.).

8. Intellectual property

• All the content of the website (images, texts, logos and designs) is the exclusive property of Soleia Flowers and is protected by copyright laws. Its reproduction is prohibited without express authorization.
